Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Traditional methods were costly and inefficient, relying heavily on human input and subjective judgment. We aims to democratise talent identification and development by leveraging AI technology.
- Work throughout the data analysis pipeline (data collection, download, filtering, modeling, and interpretation) for all performance science related projects.
- Develop, maintain, and debug code for performance science platforms.
- Help develop/improve data collection protocols for current and new assessments.
- Identify best practices to report current data and results from assessments.
- Help evaluate new technologies and assessments.
- Support the roll-out of new technology.
- Technology management and troubleshooting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
